- It does not receive, store or forward it to any institution.
- It does not track it and has no idea what became of it.
- It does not recommend lawyers and takes no payment for any referral.
About the contact details
Each card carries the date it was checked against the institution’s own page, and anything from a secondary source is flagged. Even so, institutions change phone numbers, addresses and whole platforms without notice. Confirm before sending anything important, and tell us if you find something out of date.
About the templates
The document this site generates is an orderly starting point, not something a lawyer reviewed for your case. Read it in full before signing: you sign it and you answer for what it says. The facts are yours; if a fact is wrong, the document is wrong.
Reporting in good faith
Report facts you know first-hand, not suspicions or rumours. A false complaint, or one made to harm someone, has legal consequences for the person who files it — and takes inspectors away from where they are actually needed.
